I’m Noémie, movement teacher and educator with a strong interest in applying neurosciences to movement, prehab and rehab, through play and exploration. I work with people who want to develop a movement practice that not only promotes the health and longevity of their entire body, but also help them to feel more confident and inspired to move. I’m also helping anyone wanting to move with ease and comfort, feel good in their body, and expand their movement repertoire. My approach to teaching is evidence-based, exploratory, inclusive, and educative, tailored to each individual’s needs and abilities.
Move. Explore. Learn.
I teach a playful approach that blends yoga, somatics, contemporary dance, and intuitive movement, built on three main pillars: playfulness, mindfulness, and thoughtfulness. I'll help you enhance your movement efficiency and develop more ease, trust, and understanding of your body.

Did you know that....
Our feet occupy a big portion of our brain’s map since they are in constant interaction with the environment we’re evolving in. Thus, the mobility of our toes is important to keep this map up to date, by providing our brains with clear and complete sensory information. Having optimal toe mobility is crucial to efficiently perform actions such as walking, running, jumping, and staying in balance, as well as managing load in our lower bodies.
