Mais leurs vertus ont-elles \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9es ? On parle de \u00ab\u00a0zero-drop\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li><li><strong>Semelle fine et souple<\/strong> : avec une semelle flexible de quelques millim\u00e8tres seulement (souvent entre 2 et 5mm), les chaussures minimalistes permettent de mieux sentir les asp\u00e9rit\u00e9s du sol et n&rsquo;inhibent pas le mouvement naturel du pied, notamment des orteils.<\/li><li><strong>Chaussure flexible et l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/strong> : Une chaussure minimaliste doit \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8re pour imiter au mieux la sensation d&rsquo;\u00eatre pieds nus. Elle est \u00e9galement souple en flexion, extension et rotation pour suivre le mouvement naturel du pied.<\/li><li><strong>Large toe-box en forme d&rsquo;\u00e9ventail<\/strong> : La toe-box est la partie avant de la chaussure qui contient les orteils. Dans les chaussures minimalistes, celle-ci est large pour permettre aux orteils de s&rsquo;\u00e9carter naturellement, contrairement aux chaussures conventionnelles qui sont souvent trop \u00e9troites et peuvent, dans certains cas, entra\u00eener des d\u00e9formations du pied. Le pied va ainsi bouger beaucoup plus librement et s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 la surface du sol.
